Review of The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer (Mara Dyer, #1) The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer
by

Mara Dyer doesn't think life can get any stranger than waking up in a hospital with no memory of how she got there.
It can.
She believes there must be more to the accident she can't remember that killed her friends and left her mysteriously unharmed.
There is.
She doesn't believe that after everything she's been through, she can fall in love.  She's wrong.

WOW!  I read this book in two days.  Yes TWO DAYS!  Once I started I could not put it down.  It is intriguing, scary at times and full of surprises.
Mara Dyer has moved to Florida to start a new life with her family after a tragic event marked her life forever.  It's not quite clear what happened, she has some sort of amnesia.  But along the way the characters are introduced quite beautifully.  You get a glimpse of how Close Mara is to her two brothers and how her family plays a part in her recovery.
Along the way in her new school she meets Noah.  BAD BOY GONE wrong!  luv him from the start.  I knew that behind that strong exterior hid a very interesting character.
I strongly recommend this book I give it 5 hearts.
