Mason and Logan Kade are two brothers who did their own thing. They were rich and expected to attend her school, Fallen Crest Academy. They chose public school and now Samantha has to live with them. The problem is that she doesn't care at all: about them, about her friends, about her cheating boyfriend, or even about her parent's divorce. But maybe that's a good thing. Maybe change is a good thing.
My Summary...
Samantha is a normal teenager until now that is... She has had a somewhat perfect life. She attends Fallen Crest Prep, her father is the football coach, she’s with Luke her boyfriend for the past two years and her two best friends are a nut case but they got her back right?
Well everything goes to hell for Samantha. One day she comes home after school to find out her Mother has been cheating on her father and they have been sent packing. Her mother is taking both of them into her lover’s home. To make things worse she will soon become a stepsister to the Kaden' brothers. Who are they you ask? Only the two most self center football players on the local public schools. They are hot, rich and completely out of their minds.
To make things worse Sam finds out her boyfriend has been cheating on her with one of her best friends and everyone knew about even her Mother.
Little is to say that Sam's life is about to change and only she knows where it's headed.
Ashamed of her Mother and frustrated with all the gossip she will try to hide from everyone her present living quarters and soon to be step brothers.
My thoughts...
This book completely took me by surprise. I had heard about it from other Goodreads members but I took my time to dive into it. Boy was I surprised. This book will draw you in and keep you hostage you will feel the need to read until you find out what is going on.
It is dark, exciting and intriguing. The Kaden's have become one of my favorite characters after last night. I cannot wait for the sequel to this book and will definitely explore more of Tijans books.
You can find a bit more about Tijan on her livejournal
