THE BIGGEST STORY OF MY LIFE COULD BE HOW IT ENDS It's my turn to run a "Campus News" crew, and I've put together a team that can break stories wide open. And Washington Irving High has a truly great one to cover, if only we can find a lead.

A secret society has formed in our school. It announced its presence with pranks: underwear on the flagpole, a toilet in the hallway, cryptic notes. A circle of silence keeps the society a mystery. No one knows its members, agenda or initiation secrets-until a student lands in the hospital under "strange" circumstances.

I "will" blow this story wide open and stop others from being hurt...or worse. And while my ex, Jagger, might want to help, I don't trust him yet. (And, no, not because of our past together. That is "not" important to this story.)

But whether you find me, Valerie Gaines, reporting in front of the camera, or a victim in the top story of the newscast...be sure to watch "Campus News" at
9:00 a.m. this Friday.

------------

My thoughts...
Let me start by saying that if you haven’t read Dancergirl then what are you waiting for? this is a sort of sequel to that book written by the author and it is worth reading guys.  I'm sure you will love it as much as I did.

About Circle of Silence

Seventeen year-old Valerie Gaines wants to become a journalist this has been a dream since early high school.  Her big goal is to find a juicy story that will get her name out there and be accepted to the college of her dreams.

Something strange is happening and a series of strange and unexpected school pranks have emerged.  The reporter in her starts a search to find out who is behind these pranks.  At first the pranks are simply harmless but by the third things start getting complicated and somehow all signed MP.

Who is MP?  That is where her mind is set to; she wants to reveal this serial prankster.  Somehow when everything seems to be just as expected and under her control, Jagger, her ex enrolls to her class and is assigned to her team.

As much as she tries not to get distracted her mind and eyes wander to Jagger.

I don’t want to spoil the story for you but trust me this story is intriguing and will definitely keep you reading.

This story shows us a strong female character who is set on her life goals and fights to do the right thing.  A great example for young teenage girls.

I would strongly recommend this read.

4 out of 5 hearts
